was thereupon adjudged to have failed to find such

security.

For the offence for which he was convicted

before this Court, Wilson was sentenced to one

year's imprisonment, and at the prisoner's request,

and on learning that it would be to the advantage

of the service of Her Majesty's Consular prison

here, I directed the imprisonment to be carried out

in Hongkong.
